Package Your Item
Securely pack the item with your original proof of purchase and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians have inspected and verified the fault, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
